Trip Leader Program

Humanitarian Experience Trip Leaders are the single most important factor contributing to the success of our program. Every year we have talented men and women who lead our groups in their travel, service, activities and programs. They are fun, energetic, and responsible individuals who exemplify discipleship of Jesus Christ.

New trip leaders will spend three weeks training under the guidance of an experienced HEFY trip leader in their assigned country (based on their preference and country openings).
